Semi-private sessions is hybrid sessions between workout and clinic.  offer focused instruction for groups of maximum 6 swimmers per session, combining the benefits of personalized coaching with the motivation and camaraderie of a small team. This format allows swimmers to receive tailored feedback while training alongside peers of similar skill levels.

Key Features:

  • Maximum of 4 swimmers per session for optimal coach-to-swimmer ratio
  • Technique refinement across all strokes
  • Skill development including starts, turns, and finishes
  • Customized drills and sets to match group ability and goals
  • Encouraging and supportive environment that fosters progress

Swim Camp Clinic is an intensive, skill-focused program designed to help swimmers elevate their technique, strength, and confidence in the water. With a maximum of 10 swimmers per session, participants benefit from individualized feedback in a dynamic small-group environment.

  • Stroke technique refinement (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly)
  • Starts, turns, and finishes training
  • Drills to improve efficiency, endurance, and race strategy
  • Video feedback and stroke analysis (if applicable)
  • Dryland exercises to support swimming performance

Triathlon Swim Clinic is designed specifically for triathletes looking to improve their open water and pool swimming performance. Whether you're training for your first sprint triathlon or aiming to shave minutes off your Ironman time, this clinic will help you swim more efficiently, confidently, and competitively.

Key Features:

  • Proper freestyle stroke mechanics tailored for endurance 
  • Breathing techniques to improve rhythm and efficiency
  • Open water skills: sighting, drafting, turns, and starts
  • Pacing strategies for different triathlon distances
  • Transition tips from swim to bike (T1) for race day success
     

Led by experienced  swim specialist, the clinic includes technique-focused drills, video analysis (if applicable), and guided swim sets designed to simulate race conditions.

Swim Ontario certified coach with over two decades of experience in aquatic sports and a lifelong love for the water.

My journey started as a competitive swimmer and evolved into a career dedicated to coaching swimmers and triathletes of all levels. Whether you're just starting out or aiming for peak performance, I’ve had the privilege of helping athletes grow in skill, strength, and confidence.

With a unique blend of athletic experience, technical coaching, and a background in both business and engineering, I bring a structured, science-based approach to every session. I pay close attention to the details that matter — from biomechanics to mental focus — and tailor each program to meet the unique needs of every swimmer.

For me, coaching goes far beyond technique. It's about fostering confidence, building resilience, and nurturing a deep, lasting connection with the water. I believe success comes from true teamwork — a motivated swimmer, a dedicated coach, supportive families, and a strong, positive community all working together.

What inspires me most isn’t just podium finishes or personal bests — it's watching swimmers grow not only as athletes, but as individuals. That transformation is the most rewarding part of what I do. So, whether you're dipping your toes into the sport or chasing your next big goal, I'm here to guide you through every stroke and celebrate every milestone along the way.
